Pat and I are very pleased with your work and enjoyed having your crew around.
We just commenced construction of our house two years ago this month, endured
about 6 months of construction and then moved in about 18 months ago. As you can
imagine, we dealt with all sorts of contractors, subcontractors,landscapers, etc
and had the entire spectrum of experiences with them. That experience made us
rather cynical in our dealings with the construction industry.
You and your
crew were responsible, reliable and have helped restore our faith in the construction
industry.

wanted to let you know how much Becky and I are enjoying the
deck you built for us on the back of our townhouse, and the
hardwood trim you applied to our stairwell and front deck.
To say the least, the South American hardwood
you suggested is beautiful and the deck design and construction is functional
as well as attractive. We are biased of course, but our neighbors and friends
keep complimenting us on both the deck and the trim.
More importantly,
I want to compliment you on your professionalism. Becky and I both pay attention
to detail, as you know. We both appreciate your promptness and attitude in replacing
a warped board and attention to other detail modifications we requested.

built our home in Seabrook, Texas in 2001. We immediately started
obtaining bids for decking and a boathouse with lift. We met
with three different companies looking at their work at various
homes and locations. We chose D & G Design to do our deck
and boardwalk and we chose Deck & Gazebo Design to do our
boathouse. We could not be more pleased, and it is our pleasure
to recommend these two companies and Deck & Gazebo Design

Our
main concerns in picking a contractor for this type of work
was of course quality of work, but also design ideas, staying
on schedule, warranty and follow-up. Deck & Gazebo Design
filled every single one of those requirements and continues
to do work for us today. After dealing with the building of
our home, Deck & Gazebo Design was a pleasure. He stayed
on schedule and stayed in constant contact with us. The men
he employed were knowledgeable and professional.
Our
boathouse, boardwalk, deck and side deck have weathered many
storms, high tides and flooding without damage. This is due
to the quality of the materials and the work. We welcome anyone
to come by and see our boathouse and decks to see the workmanship

boathouse in the past and has our permission to do so again.

As
much as we love our new home, we love spending time on our deck
even more than we do inside. Deck & Gazebo Design designed
our deck perfectly, to take full advantage of natural shade.
We love cooking outdoors and Deck & Gazebo Design suggested
a pit area, lined with brick, that would assure that there would
be no fire hazard when we use our pit. He chose a four part
plan, that gives us an area for dining, for sitting and for
sunning, as well as an entry area for our guests.
The
pride Deck

took in their work is evident at every turn. The beveled edges,
the precision, the skirting a great finishing detail. Flagstone
at the entry was Deck
& Gazebo Design suggestion
and it is beautiful. This is a new home, and every trade person
that has been out and seen our deck has commented on how well
built it is and how much detail went into it. They've not seen
anything like it.
Weeks after our deck was finished, landscapers
damaged it. We were devastated. Deck
& Gazebo Design was out within
2 days to make repairs!!! WE ARE SO PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY
OF THE WORK, THE PRICE, AND THE PERSONAL CARE WE HAVE BEEN GIVEN.
